Terms & Conditions for Subscription Card Program 

Use of a Subscription Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:-

  1. Subscription Card: The Subscription Card is the property of Aarogyam - The Wellness Store Pvt. Ltd.and must be returned upon request.
  2. Subscription Benefit Conditions: All Subscription Benefits are valid only during the Subscription Term and shall get automatically inactive thereafter. All benefits are valid through the Subscription Term and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
  3. Non-Transferable Benefits: The Card is non-transferrable to any other person. Benefits may be availed only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Subscription Card. Proof of identification may be required by Store.
  4. Modifications of Perks: Aarogyam The Wellness Store Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse/cancel/terminate/withdrawthe Subscription Card at its own discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever. All the benefits/privileges will cease to exist and Aarogyam The Wellness Store Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to entertain / accept any claim pertaining to such refusal /cancellation/ termination/ withdrawal.
  5. Lost/Stolen Subscription Materials: Lost or stolen Subscription Cards must be reported at any of the outlet of Aarogyam The Wellness Store Pvt. Ltd. A processing fee of Rs. 100/-will be charged for each replacement Subscription Card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as first card.
  6. Perks: Discounts are calculated on the gross value of invoice after taxes. The discounts shall not be applicable on kits, hampers & goodies.
